Decree no. 72 of 31 March 2017, Regulation laying down provisions for the establishment and the seats of the Single National Commissions (CUN) for the most representative branches of the agro-food system, in implementation of Article 6-bis, paragraph 1, of the Decree-Law May 5, 2015, n. 51 converted, with modifications, by Law no. 91 of 2 July 2015.

[摘要] This Decree, with a reference to the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the common organization of the agricultural product markets, sets the provisions for the establishment and functioning of the Single National Commissions (here denominated as CUN) for the most representative branches of the agro-food system (present on the territory of the Republic of Italy).
