[摘要] This Article of the Agriculture and Markets Law of New York concerns the sale of apples. It provides that the commissioner of agriculture and markets of New York is hereby authorized and empowered, after investigation and public hearing, to fix and promulgate official standards for grading and classifying apples packed or repacked within the state.
