Marketing of Agricultural Products Act: Establishment of Statutory Measure: Records and returns relating to Pecan trees as well as domestic production, processing, imports and exports of Pecans and Pecan products (No. R. 199 of 2012).

[摘要] This Measure requires producers, importers, exporters and processors of pecans and/or pecan products to keep records and render returns to SA Pecan Nut Producers Association acting as appointed administrator. The records shall be as required by the administrator and shall regard: (a) pecan nut trees; (b) the volume of pecans and/or pecan products produced; and (c) the volume of pecans and/or pecan products imported and/or exported.
