Ministerial Decree No. 454/2008 amending article 26 of the Food Code, in compliance with Commission Directive 2008/39/EC amending Directive 2002/72/EC relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

[摘要] The Decree approves the modification of article 26 of the Food Code as regards plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, in compliance with Commission Directive 2008/39/EC amending Directive 2002/72/EC. More specifically, the Decree brings forth certain amendments throughout the text of the article in accordance with the amendments made to Directive 2002/72/EC, with particular regard to the list of additives which may be used for the manufacture of plastic materials
