Regional Act No. 21 supplementing and amending Regional Act No. 17 of 25 July 2001 making provision on the gathering and marketing of spontaneous and preserved mushrooms
[摘要] The present Act lays down some amendments to Regional Act No. 17 of 2001, precisely as regards the authorization required for gathering of mushrooms and the fee to be paid to obtain such authorization. Most importantly, the lists contained in Annexes 1 and 2 of toxic and poisonous mushroom species are supplemented as set out in article 3 of this Act.
