European Communities (Foot and Mouth Disease) (Control on Imports of Meat from Paraguay) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 94 of 2003).

[摘要] This Order gives effect to Commission Decision No. 2003/137/EC concerning certain protective measures with regard to boned and matured bovine fresh meat imported from Paraguay. A person, including owner, master or person in charge of a vessel or aircraft, shall not import meat from Paraguay or cause or permit another person to import meat from Paraguay and shall not have in his or her possession or under his or her control meat that has been imported in contravention of this Order.
