Provincial Act No. 7 on the use of public waters and electrical installations.

[摘要] There is hereby established the provincial legislative framework concerning the use of public waters and electrical installations, with particular regard to the issue of concessions relating to public waters and electrical installations belonging to the Province. The use and diversion of public waters shall not be allowed unless a concession has been issued. Water may be taken from small sources for purposes of domestic use (art. 10).
