Livestock Industry Diversification (Principal) Regulation (Alta. Reg. 255/91).

[摘要] The present Act implements various sections of the Livestock Industry Diversification Act. The Regulation contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein such as, for example, “elk”, “Manitoban elk”, “Tule elk”, “Rocky Mountain elk”, “Roosevelt elk”. The Regulations consists of 5 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Game-production animal definition in Act (2); Sale of products or non-meat parts (3); Sale of meat (4); Commencement (5).
