Decree No. 70 of 2012 (VII. 16.) VM of the Ministry of Rural Development concerning the extraction of by-products of grape processing and wine-making and the supported distillation of by-products.

[摘要] This Decree lays down detailed rules concerning the application of measures for the extraction and distillation of by-products of wine-making. In this regard, it contains rules on reporting, inspection by the competent authority and on the procedure of handing over of by-products to supported distillation plants.
