Ordinance amending the Egg Products Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Health and Women introduces some amendments to the Egg and Egg Products Ordinance (BGBl. No. 527/1996). In particular, article 1, paragraph 3, is reworded as follows: “The present Ordinance does not apply to egg products made in non-industrial plants and used for the preparation of foodstuffs without previous processing.” Moreover, an article 13 dealing with implementation of Community directives, is added.
