Law on licensing of some types of activity.

[摘要] The present Law determines the legal basis of licensing of some kinds of activity on the territory of Turkmenistan, state licensing authority, the licence requirements, conditions and the modalities of issuing licences and their annulment, and also supplies the list of activities subject to licensing. One of the obligatory licence requirements and conditions in the realization of the licenced kinds of activities by juridical person and individual businessman is the observance of the legislation
