Raw Milk for Sale to Consumers Regulations 2015.

[摘要] These regulations, consisting of 9 Parts and three Schedules, aims to: impose a regulated control scheme under the Animal Products Act 1999 in relation to the production and processing of raw milk intended for sale to a final consumer; and impose restrictions under the Food Act 2014 on the sale and advertising of raw milk for human consumption. The regulated control scheme is defined in regulation 5 and imposed by regulation 7. The regulated control scheme is imposed in relation to RCS raw milk.
