Regulation of Fruit Jams, Jellies, Marmalade and Sweetened Chestnut Puree.

[摘要] This Regulation provides standards for quality of fruit jams, jellies, marmalades and sweetened chestnut puree that are put on the market, and applies to: a) terms, definitions and general requirements that must be met; b) composition and sensory properties; c) type and quantity of raw materials and other substances used in production and processing; d) additional or specific requirements of labelling or marking.
