Marketing of Agricultural Products Act: Establishment of Statutory Measure: Registration of producers, processors, importers and exporters of Pecans and Pecan products (No. R. 198 of 2012).

[摘要] This Measure of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries requires producers, growers, processors, packers, importers and exporters of pecans and/or pecan products to register with SA Pecan Nut Producers Association acting as appointed administrator. The Measure shall apply to pecans and pecan products, both from a domestic source and on imported product. The aim of the Measure is to promote the efficiency of the production and marketing of pecans.
