Act XC of 1995 on food and implementing Joint Decree No. 1 of 1996 of the Ministries of Agriculture, of Public Welfare and of Industry and Commerce.
[摘要] The purpose of this Act is to determine the conditions for the production and marketing of raw, semi-processed and processed food for public consumption. Health protection, interests of consumers and fair market competition are also considered. This Act applies to food, to food and tobacco additives and tobacco products as well.
