[摘要] These regulations, consisting of 14 sections completed by four Schedules, are made under section 27 of the Fair Trading Act 1986: a) on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and b) on the recommendation of the Minister of Consumer Affairs made in accordance with section 27(3) of that Act.
