[摘要] This Regulation prescribes the requirements to be met by natural mineral and natural spring water for use, processing and marketing, and is related to: a) physical, chemical, physico-chemical and sensory properties and composition; b) allowed technological processes and processing methods; c) analytical methods; d) additional labelling requirements; e) microbiological criteria.
