Ordinance amending the Maximum Value Residue Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Health and Women introduces some amendments to the Maximum Value Residue Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 441/2002). In particular article 10 dealing with Community directives is reworded. Moreover, a paragraph 3 is added to article 11 concerning bringing into circulation of certain foodstuffs.
