Decree on urgent measures to improve the control system pursuant to article 27 of Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007.

[摘要] This Decree lays down provisions aimed at improving the control system concerning organic production and labelling of organic products, pursuant to article 27 of Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007. The Decree stipulates that operators shall be subject to a sole control organism.
