Ministerial Decree No. 1572 validating the Regulation on storage and shipment of ethyl alcohol.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that storage and trade of ethyl alcohol shall be carried out in the presence of licence for manufacturing of spirituous liquors and alcohol-containing products. The aforesaid licence authorizes the manufacture to store ethyl alcohol at his storage facilities. Storage shall take place at storage facilities complying with mandatory requirements set for acceptance, storage and shipment of ethyl alcohol.
