Regulation on methods of taking and testing samples of fruits and vegetables provided to a processor.

[摘要] The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs, establishes that the samples have to pass organoleptic and physicochemical tests on the existence of: organic contamination (foreign bodies of plant origin); mineral contamination (foreign inorganic bodies); defective fruits and vegetables. The samples of fruits and vegetables have to be taken and tested for each delivery.
