Infant Formulae and Follow-On Formulae (Amendment) Regulations, 2004 (L.N. 358 of 2004).

[摘要] In implementation of the provisions laid down in Directive 2003/14/EC, these Regulations amend particular provisions contained in the Infant Formulae and Follow-on Formulae Regulations, 2002. In particular, the pesticides mentioned in the ninth schedule attached to the principal Regulations shall not be used in agricultural products intended for the production of infant formulae and follow-on formulae.
