Ministerial Joint Decree No. 369/2011 replacing article 137 “ice-cream” and amending article 141 “sweet stuff” of the Food Code, as amended and in force.

[摘要] The Decree approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which articles 137 “ice-cream” and 141 “sweet stuff” of the Food Code are amended. Article 137 is replaced by the text and the two annexes contained in article 1 to the present Decree. Definitions, product characteristics, raw materials and sweeteners for ice cream production are defined in this article. The second article to this Decree provides for the deletion of point (d), paragraph 9 to article 141 of the Food Code.
