Ministerial Joint Decree No. 120978 regarding the maximum residue levels (MRLs) for bromopropylate in and on certain products of plant origin, including fruits and vegetables, in compliance with Commission Directive 2004/59/EC.

[摘要] The maximum pesticide residue levels for bromopropylate in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 are replaced by those contained in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree. Such MRLs shall apply to fruits (fresh, dried or uncooked, preserved by freezing, not containing added sugar), nuts, vegetables (fresh or uncooked, frozen or dry), pulses, oilseeds, potatoes, tea and hops.
