Decree No. 187 of the Chief State Sanitary Inspector validating sanitary and epidemiological requirements for public catering, manufacturing and trade of foodstuffs thereby.
[摘要] This Decree shall be applicable to public catering facilities. It establishes that all public catering facilities must have potable water supply. Acceptance and storage of foodstuffs shall comply with hygienic and sanitary requirements. Food quality and food safety inspection shall be carried regularly in accordance with the present Decree.
