[摘要] This Regional Law regulates collection and procurement by citizens of non-timber edible and non-edible forest products, and medicinal plants, in accordance with the acting legislation, excluding exhaustion of natural resources and timely reproduction thereof. Collection and procurement of non-timber edible forest resources and , in particular, mushrooms and wild growing plants, recorded in the Red Book of protected plant species, collection of plants and mushrooms containing narcotic substances
