Increase of Investment Appeal of Projects for Noise Control Measures in Urban Environment

[摘要] The authors analyzed the contemporary noise pollution level in the large cities of the Russian Federation. The article identifies the factors causing the reduction of acoustically comfortable urban territories. It states the task for the increase of investment appeal of the projects aimed at noise control measures adoption.
