Ministerial Decree No. 250 amending Ministerial Decree No. 209 of 27 February 1996 concerning the discipline of the food additives allowed in the preparation and conservation of foodstuffs and implementing Directives 96/83/EC, 96/85/EC, and Decision No. 292/97/EC.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree,composed of 3 articles and 8 annexes, modifies (art. 1) articles 10 and 15 of Ministerial Decree No. 209 of 27 February 1996. Points 10 and 11 of article 6 are repealed (art. 2).
