[摘要] This Decree, with a view of quality improvement of cottonseed oil manufactured on the national territory, introduces food quality control requirements for cottonseed oil (Annex 2). Beginning from 2008 by results of harvest of raw cotton the Government shall set rates of annual manufacturing distributed by regions of cottonseed oil for human consumption with the consideration of harvest of raw cotton by elite selection variety and oil content of cotton oilseeds.
