Decree No. 16 of the Ministry of Public Health validating the Regulation on use of food additives.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of coordination of data for the use of food additives, therapeutic indications for the use of the aforesaid additives by some age groups of the population, including infant food for special dietary uses. The aforesaid coordination shall be performed by the Ministry of Public Health and its subordinated organizations for the purposes of hygienic regulation and registration of food additives.
