Damping Properties of Sandwich Beams with Viscoelastic Layer
[摘要] The urgency of the work is due to the fact that the existing vibration damping sandwich beams have a low loss factor and a narrow temperature range of operation. The aim of the work is to develop more efficient vibration damping sandwich beams. The object of the research is the sandwich beam which consists of two steel sheets connected by self-adhesive bitumen-rubber mastic. The results of the research are the ratio of the layer thickness in the layered vibration damping sandwich beam with a viscoelastic layer of bitumen-rubber mastic and its properties. The paper presents the dependence of the vibration damping properties of the sandwich beams on the thickness of the viscoelastic layer, the frequency of vibration and temperature. It is stated that the vibration damping sandwich beams have an effective vibration damping in the temperature range from -40 ° C to + 80 ° C.
