Law No.35 of 2012 with Respect to Consumer Protection.

[摘要] This Law consisting of 25 articles divided in VII Chapters aims at protecting and guaranteeing the rights of the consumer before and after into a contract. In particular, it refers to: right to health and safety; right to obtain accurate data and information; right to free choice of products; and right to respect the consumers’ privacy.
