Food Safety (Jersey) Law 1966.
[摘要] This Law provides rules relating to the safety and hygiene of food to be placed on the market in Jersey. It, among other things, defines offences in connection with preparation and sale of injurious food, provides general protection for purchasers of food and grants powers to the Minister to control food production and sale.
