Ecological Production Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Ecological Products Act of 7 December 2008 (BGBl. I p. 2358). In particular, the text lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal provisions relating to ecological production. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Duties of controlling organs (1); Participation of controlling organs (2); Loan proceedings (3); Commissioning of analysis (4); Levying of fees (5); Transitional provisions (6); Entry into force, repeal (7).
