Decree-Law No. 193/2007 on substances not to be used in animal foodstuff.

[摘要] This Decree-Law is composed of 16 articles and two Annexes. It introduces in the national legal order EC Directives No. 2005/8/CE, 2005/87/CE, 2006/13/CE, 2006/77/CE regulating substances not to be used in animal foodstuff. In particular, the Decree-Law lists the afore-said substances and defines commercialization conditions. The Annexes provide the maximum limits accepted for the substances and intervention procedures.
