Ordinance on levying of fees under the foodstuff and animal pest legislation.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Animal Disease Act of 20 October 1966 and the Federal Swiss Act of 9 October 1992 on foodstuff and object of daily use. In particular, the Ordinance regulates the fees levied by the Food Control and Veterinary Office and for third parties acting on their behalf for activities, performances and expenses in the sphere of food control and animal disease legislation.
