[摘要] This Decree sets forth the modalities for harvesting of stumps, roots, wood juices, planting of fruits, berry and nut forest plantations, growing medicinal plants and other plant species, and procurement thereof. In forests located on the territory of protected areas this Regulation shall be applicable with the consideration of protection regime.
