Regional Law No. 1507-OZ “On restrictions for trade of non-alcoholic energizing beverages”.

[摘要] This Regional Law imposes restrictions on retail trade and vending of non-alcoholic energizing beverages by natural persons, legal person and individual entrepreneurs. Vending of non-alcoholic energizing beverages shall be prohibited in the following cases: (a) to the persons underage; and (b) inside educational, healthcare and sanitary institutions.
