Law No.20 of 2017 amending some provisions of the Law No.8 of 1990 on the organisation of food control.

[摘要] This Law consisting of 3 articles replaces the name of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment with the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning, and the Ministry of Public Health with the High Council of Health. Art.32.2 provides for closing the entire shop if is not permitted the closure of a part of it in case of violation. The closure shall be indicated with a sign and on the website and local newspapers at the expense of the violator.
