Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act: Enforcement by local authorities (No. R. 128 of 2011).

[摘要] This Notice of the Minister of Health, authorizes local authorities to enforce sections 10 (3) (b), 11 and 24 of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 within their area of jurisdiction and through duly authorized officers. Those sections concern inspections and prosecution.
