Notification No. 2007/ 34 on mechanically deboned poultry meat.
[摘要] The aim of this Notification is to ensure that the mechanically deboned poultry meat is produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. The Notification further defines the rules and procedures of the preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales of meat products.
