Technical Regulation No. 021/2011 “On safety of foodstuffs”.
[摘要] This Technical Regulation establishes safety requirements (including sanitary, epidemiological, hygienic and veterinary requirements), for foodstuffs related to identification/traceability, quality assessment, packaging, labelling and processing thereof. The scope of Technical Regulation shall be protection of human life and health, prevention of fraudulent practices and environmental protection.
