[摘要] The present Decree lays down additional measures for the implementation of the provisions of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1148/2001 as regards checks on conformity to the marketing standards applicable to fresh fruit and vegetables. The Ministry of Agriculture shall carry out checks at all stages of marketing on conformity to the marketing standards laid down in Title I of Regulation (EC) No 2200/96 and in accordance with Regulation 1148/2001.
