[摘要] This Act amends the Act on Consumer Protection in Chapter 2 which sets out rules on marketing practices and customer relationship. The rules concern, among other things: marketing contrary to good practice; unfair and confusing practices; the power of the Council to issue detailed rules regarding, among other things, labelling; and supervision by the Consumer ombudsman.
