Order No. 93 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on establishing the maximum content of erucic acid n oils, fats and their mixtures intended for human consumption, and in foods containing oils and fats.
[摘要] This Order establishes to set the maximum amount of erucic acid per total fatty acid content in the fatty component: (a) in oils, fats and their mixtures that are intended for delivery to the trading network, to the network of restaurant facilities, for direct consumption as well as in finished food products, to which oils, fats or their mixtures are added, shall not exceed 2%; and (b) in the mixture of oils and fats intended for industrial processing, shall not exceed 5%.
