Decree No. 147 of the Chief State Sanitary Inspector validating Sanitary rules and requirements 2.3.4.13-20-2002 “Processing of bread, bakery products and confectionary products.”
[摘要] This Decree establishes hygienic requirements for processing and production laboratory testing for bread, bakery products and confectionary products. It shall be applicable also to storage, trade and production control. Putting into operation of bread-, bakery- and confectionary-producing enterprises shall be carried out exclusively under strict control of state sanitary supervision service.
