Ordinance amending the Foodstuff Marking Ordinance 1993.

[摘要] The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Health and Women introduces some amendments to the Foodstuff Marking Ordinance 1993 (BGBl. I No. 72). In particular, article 1 is amended which establishes that the present Ordinance is to be applied to all packed foodstuffs except for wine to which the Wine Act 1999 is applicable. Moreover, article 12 on packaging and labelling is reworded
