National Agricultural Marketing and Development Corporation Act (Cap. 63:05).
[摘要] This Act establishes a corporation which shall consist of nine members, of whom the President shall appoint six and the other three shall participate ex-officio. The Corporation shall: "create, facilitate and maintain an environment conducive to efficient marketing of agricultural produce and food products through provision of marketing services and stimulation of the agro-industrial sector of Trinidad and Tobago" (sect. 9).
