Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/355 amending Annex III to Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the specific requirements for gelatine, collagen and highly refined products of animal origin intended for human consumption.
[摘要] This Regulation amends Annex III to Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 on specific hygiene rules for the hygiene of foodstuffs. The amendments concern raw materials that have not undergone any preserving treatment other than chilling, freezing or quick-freezing, and in particular gelatine, collagen and highly refined products of animal origin intended for human consumption.
