Resolution No. 22/A.T of 2008 regulating the exposition and sale of raw and uncooked slaughtered poultry.

[摘要] This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 decrees the ban on the exposition and sale of raw and uncooked poultry in supermarkets without the adequate and suitable preparation, wrapping and packaging in accordance with sanitary and hygienic rules. Article 2 specifies the necessary information, which should be provided and written on labels. Article 3 deals with keeping and storage operations. Article 4 contains offences and penalties.
